Lavonda Lee is a Southern California native growing up in Palos Verdes, near Redondo Beach. Lavonda fell in love with the beauty of the Coachella Valley to become a full time resident in 2003. Lavonda prides herself for listening carefully to her clients and achieving a reputation as an amazing negotiator, while at the same time maintaining a devotion to professionalism.
