CORTERRA development plan is for 69 condos when the project is completed, with pricing starting in the mid $600,000’s and HOA’s estimated at $380 per month. At this time the 1st Phase is projected for occupancy mid-2024. Our Model Condo Unit is where you can preview the finished model, features and amenities. Initial construction of the first 8 Condo Villas is estimated to start at the Tennessee Avenue entrance.
